THE FIRM
The London office of a major international law firm.
THE ROLE
For a junior to mid-level Regulatory Associate - although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits.
The candidate will require experience of working in a financial services regulatory team in either a well-regarded City practice or US firm with a primary focus on non-contentious regulatory matters covering MiFID, AIFMD, EMIR, M&A related issues, market abuse, capital markets and regulatory capital.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have strong academics and will need to have completed a training contract at a well-regarded London law firm or have equivalent experience from a common law jurisdiction.
The candidate will also be expected to play an integral part in growing and developing the regulatory team and an ability and a willingness to look at cross-border issues is essential.
