Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a securitisation lawyer to join their office in Italy. The team have a wealth of expertise in acquisition and structured finance, projects, property and asset based finance. the partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking a securitisation finance lawyer with Italian bar registration in 2015 or 2016. You will have experience in; structured finance and in debt capital markets transactions, CMBS, RMBS, CBO, securitisation of leasing, consumer loans, healthcare receivables, tax receivables, commercial receivables, public receivables and non performing receivables. You will be advising leading Italian and international banks acting as arrangers, lead managers and originators on legal and financial matters.
