The practice due to continued success and growth is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
Our client is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their High Wycombe office. The position will involve a range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity matters. The role will involve business development. For the right Corporate Commercial Lawyer, there will be excellent career prospects.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have solid experience in mergers and acquisitions.
It would be advantageous to have experience in private equity matters.
You will have a following or a proven history of bringing in new clients.
