The Firm
Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join its well-established family law department based in Southampton. The multi-office firm has a reputation for delivering the highest quality of service across a range of legal areas and has been awarded with Lexcel accreditation. They are now seeking a dynamic Family Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
The position is for a full-time permanent Family Lawyer to join the firm’s Hampshire office. The position will be dealing with an interesting and varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedy, domestic violence and prenuptial agreements. The Family Lawyer role will involve family mediation, care proceedings and Legal Aid.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You will have solid experience in family law.
You will have experience in Legal Aid.
You will have good fee-earning history.
It would be advantageous to be an accredited family mediator.
