THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a dynamic Conveyancing Lawyer With experience in a caseload of residential property matters. The successful Conveyancing Lawyer will work largely unsupervised, on a varied caseload of residential property transactions to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, unregistered titles, new builds and right to buy. In addition there is scope for Conveyancing Lawyers with some previous management experience to lead a Conveyancing team. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 1 + years’ fee earning experience;
Possess sound technical skills and solid Residential Conveyancing experience;
Be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills;
Be pro-active, professional and detail orientated;
Previous team management experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
