Our client is looking for a commercial property solicitor (4PQE+) to join their team in Plymouth to help manage their paralegals. Whilst you're likely to have your own small caseload, it's anticipated that the majority of your time will be spent working with team leaders and other stakeholders within the Real Estate group scoping out projects, agreeing training requirements for the team, establishing service standards and methods of quality control, providing technical supervision and development for the paralegals in your team.
