My client, a leading global firm, is looking to hire an impressive Corporate Associate into its developing and expanding Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already in the region or looking to relocate there to gain exposure to an extensive and top quality client base.
The team advise on a full range of corporate matters including:
- Commercial agreements
- Private Equity transactions
- Joint ventures
- Mergers and acquisitions
The ideal Corporate Associate will have strong corporate experience from a leading reputable firm. Ideally you will be 1 - 5 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates at other levels.
