Family Law Legal Secretary / Matrimonial Legal Secretary

Prestigious London law firm, who are leaders in family and matrimonial work, are looking for a legal secretary with family experience to join their existing support team and assist with all aspects of PA and secretarial work. This is a really involved role for an ambitious legal secretary and you will be working very closely with the head of the Family Law Department supporting them with a range of duties including the preparation of complex documents and bundles, management of very busy diaries, client contact / liaison and managing client calls, marketing requirements, organising travel arrangements and team event planning.  

They are looking for an enthusiastic legal secretary who is proactive and willing to assist as required. This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to develop their legal secretarial career and take on more PA duties as you will be actively supported and encouraged in developing your skills and knowledge and taking on as much responsibility as you can handle.

You will need previous experience as a legal secretary in family work with a good knowledge of handling family law clients as well as first class legal secretarial skills. You must also have excellent timekeeping skills and be able to prioritise work effectively and work to tight deadlines. Fantastic offices in the heart of London and a sociable, buzzy atmosphere within the firm. The successful legal secretary will need to have a confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
