This forward thinking boutique property firm has an opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join its commercial property team. You will focus on a range of complex and high value work from landlord and tenant matters, investment disposals and acquisitions, property management, development and finance. The client base is broad and ranging from high net worth individuals, property investors, sme’s, restaurateurs and end business users. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience working on primarily commercial property matters. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a long term opportunity (with real partnership prospects) to grow within the business. You will be actively encouraged to deal direct with clients, build up your own practice and give proactive commercial advice.
