A new opportunity for a commercial contracts/procurement lawyer c 3 - 6 PQE to join an established and fast growing team
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to handle a broad remit that will include a mainly commercial workload to include commercial contracts, procurement and PPP matters.
The post holder will be required to oversee and manage all aspects of contract drafting and negotiation of documents liaising with various business units and external advisers. As a key member of a fast growing commercial team there will be an opportunity to play an active role in the marketing and business development of the department in addition to managing programmes for training team members and clients.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this particular role, applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant commercial/procurement experience, with a solid track record of delivering high quality legal service.
