A department in Central Government is seeking a commercial/procurement lawyer to join their office in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team on high value contract disputes.The ideal candidate will have the ability to deal with complex public law cases, work to strict deadlines and provide legal and policy advice to candidates.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responsibility for contractual litigation and disputes
- Responsibility of procurement law cases
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and current thinking on related policy issues
