An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial lawyer to join the in-house team of a major organisation within the Financial Services space.
This is a business critical role that requires a confident lawyer with the ability to provide commercially focused advice, excellent drafting and negotiating skills, attention to detail, and a pro-active approach. There will be a large amount of exposure to senior stakeholders within the business and thus the ability to form strong internal relationships will also be invaluable.
You will be working in a busy and rewarding environment; handling negotiations, drafting and advising on a broad range of commercial and IT contracts as well as well as data privacy matters.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years post-qualified experience from either a recognised city firm or relevant in-house organisation. You will have strong experience in negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial and technology related contracts as well as the provision of legal advice on the development of new products. Exposure within a financially regulated environment would also be advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collegiate and progressive environment where you will be provided with significant responsibility and scope to perform a business critical role within a highly regarded and forward-thinking business.
