Conveyancing Executive - Stratford-upon-Avon
My client is looking for a conveyancing legal executive for their Warwickshire branch office to service a caseload of institutionally referred residential conveyancing work.
The team comprises of fee earners at various levels of experience including Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and paralegals who handle matters concerning Residential Conveyancing, including freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered properties. As such they are looking for their next recruit to deal predominantly with remortgage work for a large building society account.
To be able to service the work to the specified service levels you will have gained somewhere in excess of 2 years’ experience in residential property work and have strong IT skills. This is an area of work where you will frequently work to tight deadlines and consequently the ability to manage and prioritise workloads is essential.
