The international insurance group within a leading global law firm seeks a 2-3pqe solicitor
with relevant experience gained from a strong firm in this field. The majority of the work undertaken is contentious although there is the opportunity to be involved with some non-contentious matters.

The international team has extensive experience of advising insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries and corporate policyholders on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance in the UK. Their advice ranges from the regulation of insurance business operations, insurance mediation, the regulation, drafting and distribution of insurance products, agency and coverholder arrangements, captive arrangements and insurance outsourcing. The practice also has experience of advising on non traditional insurance and reinsurance structures such as industry loss warranties, catastrophe bonds and other insurance derivative instruments and trading arrangements.
