Commercial Property Solicitor - Cardiff

This award-winning Top 200 firm with a great reputation in Cardiff is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team. Due to increased workloads in the Real Estate section they need someone who is dynamic, hardworking and keen to work for one of the largest firms in Cardiff.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a highly regarded team, dealing with commercial landlord and tenant work as well as development with regards to large-scale and/or complex residential site acquisitions and disposals. Day to day duties will include the delivery of business minded legal advice to property directors, in-house and external surveyors and other property advisors. You will be actively involved in the development of the department, which will include strengthening existing client relationships as well as winning new business.

The successful candidate will be 2-6 years PQE (in Commercial Property / Real Estate), have a track record of developing business relationships with new and existing clients and will have a strong academic profile.
