Conveyancer - Scunthorpe.

I am on the lookout for a conveyancer to join a well regarded high street law firm in Scunthorpe.

All applicants must have a good grasp of the conveyancing process and must be able to deal with their own caseloads from start to finish. Your caseload will be made up of the full range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds and remortage work.

You will become an essential part of the team right from day 1 and so it is essential that not only are you able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role previously but you must have a professional approach to your work and be confident and clear communicator as you will have lots of direct contact with clients both in person and over the telephone. This role would therefore suit someone with experience of working in a client facing role. This is a firm that operates a nice traditional quality over quantity approach in terms of the personal service they provide their clients but has remained in touch with modern technology in terms of the introduction of case management systems.
