My Hampshire based client are a national energy based company seeking a Senior Claims Handler to join their internal legal division.
Description
My Hampshire based company are now seeking a Senior Claims Handler (Litigator) to deal with property damage and personal injury claims from "cradle to grave".
Profile
My Hampshire based client are seeking a Senior Claims Handler with a minimum of 2 years litigation experience dealing with Public Liability cases and Property Damage cases from inception all the way through to conclusion (settlement).
The successful Senior Claims Handler will have an excellent grasp of civil procedure rules either dealing with Claimant or Respondent matters and will be able to prioritise time effectively.
