You will have at least 1 years' experience as a Paralegal, experience in Clinical Negligence would be an advantage as well as an empathetic nature, as you will be dealing with sensitive cases.

You will work closely with the partner dealing with many complex and high value claims involving; ophthalmic negligence, birth injury claims, medical, orthopaedic and surgical negligence. Duties will include drafting witness statements, legal research, as well as liaising with clients and medical professionals.
