Defendant RTA Fee Earner - No Billable Hours - Manchester

This mid tier law firm based in the heart of Manchester are seeking a Defendant RTA Fee Earner or Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their small team and manage a mixed caseload of RTA, Insurance Fraud and Credit Hire claims.

The firm have a tremendous staff retention rate and operate in a pressure free environment to ensure work is of a high quality. There are no billable hours and no billing targets however you will still be expected to deal with matters in a timely fashion and maintain a high quality of work. As this is a small department there are plenty of opportunities to be recognised and increase your standing within the firm. Despite not having a billable hours target there is still a tremendous bonus scheme in place which is paid quarterly and staff regularly earn in excess of £10,000+ per annum.

To qualify for this role you need to have a minimum of 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor specialising in Defendant RTA or Insurance Fraud matters. Basic salary for this role is circa £35k - £40k with an added benefits package also included. Ideally situated in the city centre this is a fantastic chance to move away from the usual 'micro-managed' big defendant firms and find yourself in an autonomous role with opportunities to grow.
