Our client, a manufacturing and technology company, are seeking a part-time commercial lawyer to work on a breadth of areas.
This is a new role, rather than a replacement, due to an increase in demands in certain aspects of their business and therefore an excellent time to join. Whilst our client is ideally seeking for someone three days a week, they would be open to a discussion about an alternative working pattern which may be more workable for the candidate and viable for the business.
Our client will consider candidates from a private practice or in-house background. An engaging personality, strong commercial awareness/acumen and solid commercial contracts experience is essential.
This would be a great opportunity for a PSL seeking to move back into an advisory/transactional role which offers a work/life balance.
Our client would consider all types of flexible arrangements which work with the candidates other commitments.
