Our client, a leading global law firm with a strong reputation across all disciplines in the City, is undergoing an exciting period of growth and development. They are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Corporate Tax Associate to join its newly established tax team in their London team.
The successful candidate is most likely to be at least 2 years’ PQE and will have trained and worked at a leading magic or silver circle firm. You will have a strong background in Tax including M&A, Transactional and Corporate Finance, Tax disputes and investigations, employee ownership and incentives.
You will be joining a strong team handling a wide range of matters and will be given the opportunity to undertake a broad range of work initially whilst being given the time and flexibility to find your own specialism within the practice.
