We are currently looking for a HR Consultant to join a leading Employment Law & HR Consultancy based in Cheshire who is able to advise on all areas of HR and employment law, including terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissal, employee relations, recruitment etc. You will also help produce and review contracts of employment, employee handbooks and other HR documentation. Seeing matters through from start to finish will give you the opportunity to build strong rapport and effective relationships with your clients. Applications are invited from candidates who thrive on working independently and managing their own time effectively, and who are confident and capable HR/Employment Law experts. This role would suit candidates who are either legally qualified or have a background within HR with good current knowledge of Employment Law.
