Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is an established regional law firm based in the Thames Valley region.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a corporate and commercial lawyer NQ-5PQE to join a busy team to handle a broad range of company and corporate work.

You will be have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients ranging from ambitious start-ups, as well as growing private businesses providing them with advice and guidance on a spectrum of issues.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality experience gained from a well-regarded national or regional law firm with a recognised corporate and commercial practice.

You will have both sound experience of commercial contracts and will have worked on transactional corporate matters.

You will have a strong business approach and be able to deliver highly effective, bespoke, commercially focused service
