A Restructuring Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a global law firm. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

My client requires a 4-7 years PQE Associate for this role. They have left the brief wide open as they are keen to see what talent there is so to this end they do not require current 'on the ground' experience so if you are working in a completely different jurisdiction then please do apply. Equally, because of this factor, native proficiency in a Chinese language is also not required and therefore where you have been admitted is not particularly relevant on this occasion.

We think this is a fantastic Insolvency role reporting directly into my client's Head of Restructuring for Asia. You will be part of a team who will structure and execute cross-border transactions for creditors, debtors, insolvency appointment holders and 'event driven' funds on restructurings, formal insolvencies and other special situation engagements. Your clients typically will be financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity investors, insolvency practitioners, turnaround specialists, steering committees, and public and private corporations.
