Corporate/Commercial Associate, 3-5 PQE

A unique opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, top 100 firm with a well-known reputation for being a good place to work, and who are now looking for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor to help grow the Corporate/Commercial practice. 

The team, known for its expertise in Corporate/Commercial matters, work with a broad range of clients including financial institutions, multi-national corporations, private companies, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals and not-for-profit organisations, advising on the full range of matters including joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, company and business sales and purchases, private equity and venture capital investments and equity capital markets, with a focus on the AIM market.  They have also developed a notable presence in the technology sector.

The Corporate/Commercial team has rapidly expanded over the last few years and as such, they are seeking a 3-5 PQE Solicitor who has gained significant experience within a well-regarded practice.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record and will have completed the LPC.  You will be enthusiastic and driven and will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and commercial awareness.
