Planning 3-7 PQE

This is a great opportunity for Planning Solicitor, most likely between 3-7 years' PQE, to join a Top 100 firm, which has real momentum.

The firm has always had a strong focus on the Property Sector and the Planning department forms a key part of the firm's continued success and growth. The Planning team is led by a Partner who has a relatively broad practice. The firm's Property department also has a strong developer client base which naturally benefits from having a strong Planning team in place.

The role will suit a driven Planning Solicitor, who has wants to take up an important role in a smallish direct team but enjoys working closely with other teams (Real Estate/Construction, etc). Again, a personable individual, who wants to be involved in BD activities will also find this a satisfying role. Whilst BD is always important that is not to say the team is quiet, it isn't - there is plenty of work for the new joiner to be involved with from the start, hence the need to recruit!

The successful candidate will have gained significant private practice experience, in the UK, in their career - ideally having trained and gained some, if not all their PQE, within a private practice. A Planning Solicitor, who is currently in-house but looking to move back to private practice, having gained UK private practice experience previously, would also be of interest. A Real Estate Solicitor, who has enjoyed working in Planning matters and would now like to focus on Planning would also be of interest.
