RTA legal executive or Paralegal – Due to a new client win, this top tier firm is looking to build a brand new team and is currently in the process of recruiting a number of ambitious fee earners with fast track experience to join the new department.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Job Title: Legal Executive / Paralegal (Litigated RTA)
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Around 1-2+ years experience as a litigated RTA fee earner ideally from a defendant insurance litigation background, though claimant experience will be considered.

A NEW TEAM OFFERING RESPONSIBILITY AND CAREER PROGRESSION

This recruitment drive has arisen as a result of a successful tender for a new client. As a result, the client is looking for fee earners at various levels of experience to assist in handling the work, most of which is litigated fast track RTA, though multi track work is likely to follow.

As the work flows are due to begin shortly, candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, so those with around two years or more of experience will certainly be looked upon favourably. Both claimant and defendant experience will be considered so those wishing to make the transition to defendant insurance litigation should certainly apply.
