An experienced Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a well established and reputable firm in North Yorkshire due to expansion. This fantastic opportunity will be based in Harrogate and offers a very attractive salary and benefits package up to £30K.

This leading legal 500 law firm seek a Residential Conveyancer to join their existing team who pride themselves on the strong relations that they have built with their clients and the exceptional results that they achieve. This is a varied role which will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Property matters including sale, purchase and remortgage files.

I am seeking an experienced fee earner for this position, ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience however candidates who are not qualified and have a strong work history with relevant experience will also be considered. It is important that you are able to work under minimum supervision however the structure of the team will allow some support. It is crucial that you have excellent team working skills and are able to build trust and strong relationships with your clients.
