With the firm seeking an experienced real estate solicitor, the ideal candidate must be ready to take charge of their own caseload, which is to include leasehold and freehold files, transfer of equity, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Luckily, if successful, you would be joining a successful property department that is ready to support you. In return, you will desirably be team focussed and commercially orientated.

Ideally, you will be a qualified legal executive (NQ+ PQE) or solicitor, who is confident enough to handle your own caseload of real estate matters. The firm is also interested in legal professionals who have a solid grounding in market knowledge, as well as a commitment to self-development.
