My client is a growing firm in Hull who are a full service law firm. My client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner, someone who has ideally over 1 yrs experience in Commercial Property matters. My client will consider fee earners, Solicitors or legal executives. What is important is having over 1 years experience.

My client is an expanding firm in Hull providing a full service for their clients. Clients are VERY key for this firm and they try to get transparent and give clients an A star service. The firm are looking to recruit in their busy Commercial Property team for someone who has at least 1 years experience and be able to work on files with little to no assistance. The work will be a mixed Commercial Property caseload, supporting individuals, businesses, investors, developers and commercial lenders on a wide range of property transactions, including office, retail, industrial and agricultural sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm, salary for the role is very much dependant upon experience!
