This stellar international law firm is looking for a contentious trusts and estates lawyer around 3-6 PQE to join its Guildford office. The right person will have experience of trust and probate litigation and will have dealt with a wide variety of work, including domestic and international matters and have experience in dealing with high value cases. The role will involve advising trustees, protectors, and beneficiaries. It will cover a wide range of complex private trust and estate disputes.
