Due to this continued success the firm are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy litigation team at their offices in Manchester on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit a Property Litigation Solicitor who has the drive and ability to move the department forward and become an integral part of the firm.

This opportunity will allow the Property Litigation Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents by running a full caseload including matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, covenant and easement issues and property related professional negligence. The firm acts for a range of clients including investors, developers, national companies and individuals.You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor (or equivalent) with around 1-3 years' experience* in Property Litigation matters.
