Corporate Lawyer for Amsterdam

Our client is an international firm that possesses a cutting edge cross border Corporate team. Their top tier practice in Amsterdam is looking for a strong mid level corporate lawyer with corporate transactional experience, to compliment their global group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across corporate and ECM in conjunction with offices around the global network. This high profile team provides a strong platform for an associate who is keen to be on the front line of deals and hone their technical and BD skill set.

You will have common law training, proven drafting skills in complex documentation and 2-4 years of post qualification experience in corporate matters including M&A, emerging capital markets , takeovers, joint ventures and preferably with a global aspect. You will either already be in Amsterdam or be able to show a commitment to living in Amsterdam for the short term at least.
