The Role: Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Guildford
Salary: £25.00 - £35.00 per hour
Contract: 2 week holiday cover
A full service legal practice based in Guildford prides themselves on providing a high quality legal service to individuals and business throughout the South East. Due to a holiday cover requirement side, the firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer on a full time locum basis.
This opportunity will allow the Commercial Property Lawyer to showcase their skills and talents by running a full caseload of matters which will include:
- Acting for a range of clients
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Residential Development
- Landlord and Tenant
- Property financing
Applications for this Commercial Property Lawyer role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent who are at least 5 years' PQE and have dealt with the full real estate remit. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be technically sound and able to hit the ground running on a full time locum basis.
