Real Estate Lawyer - Int'l Law firm - Leeds

Real Estate Lawyer required for role within the Restructuring team of a leading international law firm, to be based in Leeds. Salary upwards of £45k

Our client is a leading commercial law firm who provide the full range of legal services to an impressive client base of blue chip and institutional organisations from their network of offices across the UK and around the globe.
Their Restructuring team have significant experience advising clients on investigation, enforcement, litigation and asset recovery on a multijurisdictional basis.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to the Restructuring team in Leeds, with Real Estate experience key to the role. You will have demonstrable experience (ideally 1-2PQE minimum) in disposals and landlord and tenant work, with your training and experience gained at a national or recognised regional law firm. You will undertake work on behalf of FT Global 500, FTSE 200 companies or local corporate entities and the firm are on most of the main bank panels for Restructuring work.

There will be lots of opportunity for client contact, both in terms of relationship management and new business development so you will also have a commercial mind and be willing and keen to get involved on this side also.
