'Cool' firm with tech focussed client base looking to recruit an associate into London team.
Our client are a 'hot topic' firm within the technology sphere, acting for a number of exciting outfits, from early stage start ups through to established brands. They do a lot of VC work as well as covering a broad corporate landscape, including M&A, disposals, restructuring, joint ventures, corporate recovery and turnaround. They also have a growing capital markets practice.
The team are busy at the moment and they are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join and progress. As a firm, they have a very collegiate culture and offer a good work/life balance in addition to some very interesting corporate work within the technology sector.
