Immigration Solicitor or Legal Executive - Exeter - Devon
Very rare opportunity for an experienced immigration solicitor to join reputed South West firm and head up a small established team in Exeter.
Ideally you should have at least 2 years experience advising on either (or both) private client and corporate immigration matters to include:
-PBS applications
-Appeals and judicial reviews
-EEA Applications
-Indefinite leave to remain
-British Nationality applications
-Family related immigration (spouses, unmarried partners, children etc.)
You will provide advice on complex immigration matters to the firm’s private and corporate clients.
As you will be managing one other fee earner, candidates with managerial experience are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
This role will likely suit a solicitor relocating from another location, and these applications are encouraged, providing you are serious about relocation.
