Clayton Legal is currently working with a reputable law firm who are now looking to hire a commercial litigation solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be dealing with all areas of commercial litigation, including property and landlord and tenant disputes as well as contracts and debt recovery. To be successful, you will need to have experience in dealing with all of these areas of law, and have a strong understanding of them. You will need to be able to work well within a team and individually, and have great work ethic and organisational skills.
