COMMERCIAL COUNSEL - LIFE SCIENCE - CAMBRIDGE

Headquartered in Cambridge, this AIM listed global organisation is looking for a bright, ambitious and innovative commercial counsel to join their highly impressive legal team.

ROLE: The successful individual will be exposed to a wide variety of commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection and compliance matters. Reporting in to the Senior IP Counsel and based in Cambridge, this is a highly exciting and unique opportunity for a leading commercial lawyer to operate in a truly global environment at a dynamic and growing organisation.

CANDIDATE: The successful individual will have leading experience from a top international law firm or multi-national, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Life science experience is an advantage as is a strong academic background and a commercial and pragmatic mind-set. This individual will be able to juggle competing priorities, be resilient, driven, forward-thinking, innovative and agile. The ability to be flexible and work independently in an ever-changing environment is also a highly desired skill-set.
