Regulatory Litigation PSL

Ideal first PSL move opportunity, working alongside the existing Professional Support Lawyer team for this major international name. To suit a solicitor or PSL with at least 2 years' experience of financial regulatory litigation work gained with a leading City firm.

THE ROLE

Duties to include the full range of PSL functions including providing guidance on technical legal and regulatory issues; monitoring and analysing UK and European legislation and regulation; developing, managing and disseminating knowhow, and precedents; drafting know-how, updates, alerts and bulletins for both internal and external clients and organising and delivering training. You will also develop close relationships with the regulators and help to develop thought leadership on relevant issues.

ABOUT YOU

As well as gaining two or more years of post qualification experience as a fee earner or a PSL in a reputable contentious regulatory practice you should have excellent organisational and project management skills and be a self starter with an enthusiastic and resilient nature. Experience of training development and delivery is desirable.
