Residential Conveyancer - Bedford

I am currently recruiting for a well respected, regional law firm based in Bedfordshire. This firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE to join their busy Bedford office.

The role will include, but not be limited to, processing conveyance transactions from inception to completion with particular focus in Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Rights to buy and Shared Ownership Schemes. Aiding with business development is also a vital part of progressing in this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Conveyancing, will have proven experience of handling a sizeable caseload, be IT literate and have an up-to-date knowledge of Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectations. Moreover, you must be able to provide examples of business development.

Salary is competitive but dependent on experience.
