Banking Senior Associate

Our client is a leading international law firm with a truly global presence. They are primarily known for the high-quality banking, corporate, international capital markets and litigation advice. They are looking for a highly-motivated lawyer who combines good academic credentials with sound practical experience, good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should be articulate, show a genuine interest in the subject and be committed to their continuing development. The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding transactions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels and particularly to win the respect of the partner and fee-earner community, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It will be required to have excellent client relationship skills, as well as, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and amending documentation. You will be expected to provide strategic guidance to clients, as well as, managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately.
