Rural & Renewables Associate Solicitor - Aberdeen

Are you a property solicitor in, or with ties to, Aberdeen?

Do you come from a background in renewable energy and/or rural property and agriculture?

You will have a minimum of four years post qualifying experience and have dealt exclusively within property since being admitted.

Candidates with purchase & sale and extensive commercial leasing experience are of particular interest, although candidates from a residential background, with one foot in commercial property will also be considered.

Of particular interest are solicitors who have crossed over into more rural aspects of real estate or solicitors with experience of renewable energy, either onshore or offshore.

With the Aberdeen market somewhat resurgent of late, now could be the ideal time to consider a move to another firm in your local area, or perhaps a return to a market you found yourself moving away from over the last couple of years.
