Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Assoc 2 years pqe+ Bham

National firm with excellent reputation for clinical negligence work now seeks a further experienced lawyer to join their busy and expanding Birmingham team.

This nationally recognised team acts on behalf of a range of insurance sector clients including major insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd's Syndicates, public bodies and corporates and in particular the NHS Litigation Authority, NHS Trusts and NHS Bodies. In this key role, working alongside a dedicated team of experts, you'll be working on cases up to a value of £1m covering a range of defendant clinical negligence matters arising from obstetric, orthopaedic, gynaecological, psychiatric and surgical procedures.

Due to expansion and the busy nature of the practice, the firm is keen to appoint a lawyer with at least ca 2 years pqe+ with previous experience of working on similar cases - ideally for another NHSLA panel firm.
