We are currently working alongside a leading City based law firm that are looking to recruit a General Office Manager to facilitate the overall efficiency of the general office function. We are looking for someone that possesses solid supervisory skills as you will be reviewing staff performance regularly.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensure smooth running of the general office function;
- Carry out operational running of the mail room;
- Provide support and guidance to the team;
- Working closely with the facilities team to ensure an efficient service to all users;
- Hold weekly team meetings;
- Create and maintain relationships with all end users and client contacts;
- Carry out all training and staff development provided by the firm;
The successful candidate will have previous general office management experience within a law firm or professional services environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be professional and courteous when dealing with all clients and staff members.
This is a permanent role paying a salary of up to £55,000.
