Plot Sales Paralegal

Our client a reputable law firm, is looking for a residential plot sales paralegal to join them on a rolling contract basis for three months initially.

The successful candidate must have previous plot sales experience, ideally within a residential property capacity. You will be expected to archive and regulate the files for the department, generate exchange documents and liaise regularly with clients throughout the process. You may also be asked to handle completion paperwork.

Our client is looking for someone who has good academics, a 2:1 at degree level (ideal)  and preferably the LPC. They want someone who thrives in a fast paced busy environment and who is able to join the team and hit the ground running.
