A broad coverage of transaction work is available. You will be expected to be a team player and assist where necessary across; acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated loans, margin loans etc.
Requirements:
- Common Law admitted or US qualified.
- English only, Mandarin is NOT required.
- Strong academics from recognized Universities and law schools.
- Solid experience from credible law firms.
- Familiarity with a number of the above mentioned transaction types.
- Good communicator, confident personality & ambitious.
