Leveraged Finance 2+ pqe

The practice covers leveraged finance, corporate lending, fund finance, mezzanine finance and real estate finance. Due to the team's continued success they are keen to recruit a finance lawyer with solid leveraged finance experience to further grow their team. There will be the opportunity to work across the practice but leveraged finance experience is of particular interest.

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in the finance world and have the enthusiasm and energy to take on a varied and challenging work load. A strong academic background and training/experience at a firm known for their expertise in the area are essential.
