My client is one of the UK's largest law firms based outside London. They offer a range of specialist legal services with many of their lawyers recognised as leaders in their field. The client is looking to add a Property Litigation Solicitor to their team (NQ - 3 years PQE).

The clients Property Litigation team is one of the largest in the South West. This role is to support the existing Property Litigation team which accounts for a significant part of the Real Estate Practice. The team is top ranked in Chambers and Partners, and has an excellent reputation across the South West.

The work undertaken by the team covers all areas of real estate, including commercial, residential and agricultural, for all sectors. It is also a wide remit in terms of the range of work from agricultural to long term residential, mineral registrations and grants, right to manage/residential surcharges, developer disputes, public authority work etc.
