City practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Lawyer ideally with new build experience.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a busy CQS accredited department in London. Acting for a wide ranging client base including first time buyers and developers, the successful Lawyer will advise on freehold and leasehold property transactions to include: sales and purchases; remortgages and; new builds. The ideal Lawyer will have additional experience with new build properties and be keen to get involved with business development initiatives for the department and firm as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years’ experience gained within Residential Conveyancing;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will ideally have new build experience;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to organise your workload, to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
